So.
You’ve woken up in an insane asylum. Feeling hazy how you got here. Faces so familiar, hiding strangers you thought you knew. Lies bleed from the plasma screens, while only yesterday they seemed like fresh spring truths. You look around, but see no way out of here.
Don’t recoil, traveller, into that shell prepared for you, the mould to fit this sleepwalker’s dream. Nor settle for another deception in a different padded cell. Fight the Piper’s scream singing, “I’m too busy to reach for the light
of the light of stars…”
…within.

Our Work

Independent
Here, we view the world from a different place, through the lenses of creative prose, poetry & short fiction.

Beyond the Norm
Ignoring the etiquettes of political-pseudo-science-AI-fact-checker, official correctness, and preferring the rugged journey to the truth.

Inspiring
Saying, look at the world around you, understand your place in the bigger picture, then reach for the higher ground—always.
Sure, I could babble on about why you should read my stuff. Pluck those emotional strings until you feel all gooey inside. Flick those psychological triggers to make you believe. But I’d rather give you free stuff to read instead, so you can make up your own mind:
Something to Graze On
What the FAQ!
Write stuff!… but with purpose.
Think of a drop of water:

At first glance, there’s not much to it. But put it under a microscope and a secret world pops into view, a marvellous story for inquisitive minds. And should we spend enough time here, another secret gets revealed. This time, to the eyes of the heart—the story of ourselves.
Some kind of positive change.
But we don’t fool ourselves.
To think society is going to change is turning up the nose to the message screaming from past millenniums, while ignoring what’s happening all around us.
So, to think the world will change course is wishful thinking, and unrealistic.
But individually? Now, that’s a different story. This is the one we’re interested in.
And from there, who knows could happen?
Fedup Sheep encourages rediscovering the forgotten the art of being in this technocratic age, through the lenses of creative prose, poetry, and short fiction.
Of course!
Fedup Sheep merchandise (T-shirts, beanies, etc.) would be cool. How to use your creative principle for an independent income could be helpful to many. Poetry competitions would be nice, and, because we know how difficult it is, a space for others to publish their works could prove enlightening. But each of these takes time.
Start by taking a test drive of my growing amount of free stuff, as an Extended Family Member. Should hanging out with the inner circle tickle your fancy, join the Fedup Family with our free monthly newsletter, and get direct access to new posts and publications, as they happen. For those with Similar Genes (those who don’t want to sign up for our free monthly newsletter, but still wish to keep in the loop), we post stuff on X, Substack, and Tahut. And if you’re a true recluse, but would still like to purchase our stuff (even anonymously), then just bookmark this page, and come back to it once a month or so. Discover the nuts-’n-blots in The Fedup Experience and The Fedup Privacy Thingy (links in the “About” menu above.)
If that’s how you want to see it.
Or…I’m giving you mostly free stuff, and the paid stuff is for the years of experience, and the effort in bringing it to you – or the service, in economic lingo – at highly accessible prices.
If you’ve clicked all the links on your way down here, and browsed through the menu at the top over there, then you have an idea if this is for you or not.
To be succinct: our work is for those who:
- See, to one degree or another, that you’re being played for a fool.
- That pop-culture spirituality doesn’t work in real-world situations.
- Are prepared to put their beliefs/philosophies/etc. to the test.
- Want to truly reconnect with what we (at Fedup Sheep) call the inherent creative principle.
- Want to create an independent income.
But if this doesn’t gel with you, then maybe you shouldn’t bother.
